Duluth skyscraper? Well, almost

Duluth, Minnesota, news and cultureA new building in downtown Duluth will be a bit smaller than previously hoped. Nevertheless, developers are announcing a 12-story corporate tower on the site of the old KDLH TV studios in the heart of the Zenith City. It will be one of the tallest structures in this growing northern Minnesota city, altering the skyline in what one can presume will be a modern, impressive way. A Duluth skyscraper? Well, as close as we get.

Maurices will own the building and house its 450 corporate HQ employees there. However, other firms are also planning to locate into the new building. Earlier plans to build 15 stories fell through, however. (via Duluth News Tribune)
