It’s show day!
There’s still time to make plans for a day trip to see a free, live broadcast performance of the Great Northern Radio Show in Crosby, Minnesota. We’ll be on the airwaves of Northern Community Radio from 5-7 p.m. Please be in your seats at Crosby-Ironton High School before 4:30 p.m. for the always-amusing audience warm-up.
If you can’t be there in person, listen! It is, after all, a radio show. You can hear Northern Community Radio at 91.7 FM KAXE (Grand Rapids, Aitkin, & the Iron Range), 90.5 KBXE (Bagley and Bemidji), and repeating at 89.9 FM Brainerd and Fort Ripley and 103.9 FM Ely. We are live streaming all over the world at www.kaxe.org.
This is the start of our third season and we continue to hone our craft. Tight writing. Solid performances. Real people. That’s what we do. Try it. You’ll see we stack up with the big boys.

We had a fantastic time on the Cuyuna. There is a lot going on there that I hope my Mesabi friends can emulate.
We have now attended three GNR Shows. It may sound naive on my part, but each time I am so totally blown away by the local talent you find. What absolute treasures!
