Actual Wolf performs in the June 29, 2013 Great Northern Radio Show in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
It’s always fun to see Grand Rapids’ own Eric Pollard AKA Actual Wolf do some low key shows back home when he’s around. I don’t know if the rowdy streets of this northern paper mill town count as low key, but he and his band will be playing in the heart of the city for the Tall Timber Days Street Dance this Friday, July 31.
Actual Wolf, the name of Pollard’s alter ego and band, just released a smooth new album called “Itasca” and has another in the works.
I heard a rumor that fellow Minnesota singer/songwriter Erik Koskinen might be in Grand Rapids, too, but that couldn’t be true? Could it? Only one way to find out.
And hey, it’s not just music and a street dance. Tall Timber Days, which runs through the weekend, features a wide array of fun activities for all ages, including lumberjack sports.
