The statistics listed in the article are well established, but maybe not well known even to Iron Range natives. Isn’t it interesting that 80 educators from all over the country would come to Minnesota to study this area, but the state’s own citizens can’t rally around Ironworld, an institution built solely to commemorate the history and people of the region? Strange…
