There’s still time to register for Tuesday evening’s “Prospects for the Arrowhead” forum at the Radisson Hotel in Duluth. This event is organized by Minnesota Public Radio and Northland’s NewsCenter and will be hosted by Cathy Wurzer. The reception starts at 6 to be followed by an open discussion of the region’s economic future at 7:30. I’ll be there, doing my Range shtick, hearkening thoughts found in my recent column and other writings. Join us!

It seems unfortunate that northern Minnesota couldn’t find someone indiginous to host the event.
I’ll keep my throwing arm warm. But, yeah, these things tend to favor the established statewide emcee. That’s how you know it’s “the real deal.” 🙂
BTW I finally got your book and started it. I really enjoyed the story about how you got the editor’s job in Hibbing!
Hey, could someone ask how the CEO at MPR makes about $650,000 per year for a 25 hour/week job? Why are taxpayers subsidizing this?
