Itasca OKs Essar land sale

WDIO is reporting that the Itasca County Board has approved a $2 million, 4,000-acre land sale to Essar Steel for its proposed mine and steel-making facility in Nashwauk.

  3. Heck, give them the land for free if necessary with conditions that they have a certain number of full time jobs paying a wage above a certain level for a certain period of time.
