What?!?!?!? Where can I sign up to buy land for $500 per acre?
Itasca County, apparently, if you jibber-jabber about building a steel plant.
Heck, give them the land for free if necessary with conditions that they have a certain number of full time jobs paying a wage above a certain level for a certain period of time.
