If watching the Vice Presidential Debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan isn’t your thing, how about a local debate in Duluth? That might sound crazy, as Biden vs. Ryan may get weird fast, but if there’s any part of the political universe where things can get weirder faster, it’s Duluth’s House District 7B.
The Simonson campaign is making my job easy:
DULUTH, MN – Democrat Erik Simonson and Republican Travis Silvers, candidates for Minnesota House District 7B, will appear at a forum October 11 from 7-9 p.m. at the Lafayette Community Center, 3026 Minnesota Avenue. It’s not yet known if write-in candidate Jay Fosle will attend, although he has been invited. The forum is being organized by the League of Women Voters-Duluth and the Park Point Community Club.
