AllConnect, an independent internet service re-seller, contacted me with this info graphic they made after reading my post “American internet speeds: slower, more expensive.” This infographic shows that American internet is lagging behind other industrialized countries, while also being more expensive. Expanding broadband infrastructure to rural areas, and reducing costs and increasing performance everywhere is a crucial national security and commerce issue for our times.
