Nothing like the good old days when the underground mine was given? sold? to the state for a pittance. I know a couple of local business men who would dearly like there to be lots of new rich people houses on the lake by Tower rather than a couple of picnic shelters.
This is a sad situation. Vermillion would be a great place for a state park, now there will be more five story houses instead.
