It will be sometime before we have a full picture of the damage caused by the Duluth-Superior flood, but a remarkable number of businesses in the affected area are reopening today. The Duluth News-Tribune, which has done a fantastic job with its coverage, has an update. The Miller Hill Mall is still down, but expects to reopen tomorrow. There remains, however, road and street damage all over the place.
