The regional interwebs are ablaze with the news that Northern Minnesota’s own Trampled by Turtles will headline a stacked July 11 Bayfront Park Duluth concert lineup of Minnesota bands on their way up the national music scene.
Other acts include past Great Northern Radio Show guests Actual Wolf and the Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank. Actual Wolf’s long awaited new album “Itasca” will be out April 29. I’ve been listening to an advance copy and will have a review in a few days. John Mark Nelson will also play the July 11 show, so it’s a full day of quality Minnesota music.
More details will be announced in time, but for now you can mark July 11 in your calendar for Trampled by Turtles, Actual Wolf, the Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank and John Mark Nelson at Bayfront Park on the big lake in Duluth, Minnesota.
