The show is dedicated to a new topic each week. I always write and interpret an essay for each week’s show that fits that topic. This week, the topic is hair. I share one of my classic 2006 Hibbing Daily Tribune columns about how I seldom go to the same hairdresser twice, making me something of a haircut “playa.'” Every time I go to a hairstylist or barber on the Range they often make note of this column. It has something of a cult status. They always implore me to come back. And I never do. Why? Because Papa was a rollin’ stone. Wherever he went his hat was his home.
